Upon application review, you'll receive a detailed loan estimate. This includes:

STEP 3: INITIAL APPROVAL (1-2 DAYS)
Once your complete initial loan packet is uploaded within 3-5 business days from your application date, our team will begin the initial review. Your dedicated Loan Specialist will notify you within 24 hours if any documents need adjustments or if further information is required.
STEP 4: PROCESSING
(1-10 DAYS)
When initial approval is granted, you'll receive a pre-approval package containing preliminary figures, title, and insurance templates. This ensures all parties involved are informed and ready to proceed, minimizing delays.
